These Terms of Service govern your use of The Fifty Point website and services. By booking or using our services you agree to these terms.

Scope of service

The Fifty Point provides monthly home checks, documentation, and small maintenance tasks within a defined scope. We are a home services company only — not a home care agency, healthcare provider, caregiving service, or licensed contractor.

Membership terms

Memberships are billed monthly (Essential $249, Comfort $449, Premier $849). An Essential baseline assessment is a one-time $99 fee; Comfort and Premier have no setup fee.

Payments

Recurring payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Receipts and a customer portal are provided.

Included task time & non-rollover

Included task time is provided each month based on your selected plan. Unused time expires at the end of each monthly billing cycle and does not roll over. Additional work outside included time may be quoted separately before work continues.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership in accordance with your signed membership agreement.

Limitations of service

We do not perform structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or other licensed contractor work, and we do not provide emergency or after-hours response.

Independent third-party referrals

When work falls outside our scope, we may coordinate with independent licensed professionals as a courtesy only. The Fifty Point is not responsible for work performed by independent third parties.

No emergency or medical/personal care

We do not provide medical advice, nursing, therapy, medication management, monitoring, personal care, or emergency response. In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. All services are subject to a signed membership agreement.
